Unexpected gaps in medication access can occur due to travel, transitions between appointments, or recent relocation. Maintaining medication continuity is essential. Our practice can accommodate a one time emergency refill of an existing daily or as needed prescription for up to a two week supply. Emergency refill requests are approved no more than once every six months. Prior to submitting a request, please confirm with our office that your pharmacy name, address, and phone number are current and accurate. Once approved by your provider, the prescription refill will be transmitted electronically to your designated pharmacy. Your pharmacy will notify you when the medication is ready for pickup. In most cases, prescriptions are available within several hours. This request does not constitute a clinical appointment and does not replace a follow up visit. If an emergency refill is approved, a follow up appointment must be scheduled within two weeks to ensure appropriate ongoing care.

Refund & Cancellation Policy Progressive Psych and Wellness Center is committed to compassionate care and fair, transparent billing. 1. Prepaid Appointments Some services (like new patient visits) require full prepayment to confirm your appointment. This amount goes toward your visit balance. 2. Cancellations & No-Shows 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the visit fee. This applies to all appointments, including technical issues caused by the patient (e.g., late login). Note: These fees are not billable to insurance and must be paid before future bookings. 3. Refunds Services that have already been provided are non-refundable. Approved refunds will exclude processing fees, which are charged by our payment processor and not retained by our office. To request a refund, email: progressivepsychllc@gmail.com with your full name, date of service, and reason. Requests are reviewed within 5 business days. 4. Chargebacks Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us directly causes unnecessary costs to the practice. Policy: Accounts with chargebacks will be permanently closed. No future appointments can be booked on that account. Please reach out to resolve billing concerns professionally. We understand emergencies happen, please contact us if you need help. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in discharge from the practice.
